Refund & Cancellation Policy

How we handle refunds, cancellations, and engagement termination.

Overview

Bosla Digital provides marketing and business solution services under written engagements (Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement). This policy summarizes how refunds and cancellations work. Where this policy and your signed agreement differ, the agreement prevails.

Retainer engagements

Retainers are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel a retainer with 30 days' written notice — service continues through the notice period and we deliver the agreed work for that month.

Refunds for already-billed retainer months are not provided. Unused budget at the end of an engagement is not refundable but may be applied to a future engagement within 90 days.

If we are at fault for material non-delivery (missed deliverables documented in the SOW), we will refund the affected fees in full.

Project engagements

Projects follow a milestone schedule (typically 50% on signature, 50% on delivery). The signature deposit secures the team and start date and is non-refundable once work has begun.

If you cancel mid-project, you pay for all work completed up to the cancellation date, plus 25% of any remaining unbilled fees to cover team release and de-mobilization.

Final deliverables and account transfers are released only after final payment is received.

Change requests

Anything outside the original SOW scope is treated as a change request. We provide an estimate; once you approve, work proceeds.

Unused funds from a change request may be carried into the next month's retainer or future scope. They are not refundable in cash.

Third-party costs

Pass-through costs (ad spend, software subscriptions, freelance specialists, stock media) are billed at cost without markup. These are non-refundable once spent or committed.

Where third-party platforms offer their own refund policies (e.g. Google Ads credits), we will assist you in claiming them but cannot guarantee outcomes.

Performance-related disputes

We do not refund based on campaign or content performance. Marketing involves third-party platforms, audience behavior, and competitive dynamics that no agency controls.

If you feel we did not deliver on the inputs we committed to (process, deliverables, reporting cadence), raise it with your account lead. We escalate to leadership if not resolved within 5 business days.

How to request a refund

Email contact@bosladigital.com with the subject line "Refund request — [your company name]" and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days with our assessment and the next step.

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, government action, internet/platform outages, war, civil unrest, epidemic). Affected obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The 'Last updated' date below tells you when. Material changes affecting active engagements are communicated to clients in writing.
